David Ulph Signs for Dragons!
We’re thrilled to welcome David Ulph to be part of the Dragons’ Rise to Success.
David joins the Yorkshire Dragons family for the 2025 - 2026 season.
He is a seasoned British basketball player known for his relentless rebounding, efficient scoring around the rim, physical defence and hustle plays. He consistently shows leadership on and off the court.
Born on May 4, 1993, in Warrington, England, he stands 6’6’’ (198 cm) and plays primarily as a forward.
David has played at the top level of British basketball for several years:
Cheshire Phoenix (2022-2025)
Manchester Giants (2019-2022)
David brings winning pedigree to our club, having lifted the BBL Trophy with Cheshire Phoenix during the 2023/24 season. His impact on the court is undeniable - in the 2021/22 season, he earned a spot in the prestigious All-British Starting Five, highlighting his elite performance and consistency.
We can’t wait to see what David brings to the team this season.
